To install shaker cabinets you will need:
Table saw
Bar clamps
Speed Square
Pencil
Straight edge or tape measure
1x3 board, 8 feet long
Veneer panel, 1/4-inch thick, 4-foot by 4-foot
Wood glue
To begin with, you should cut the stiles and rails. Create two stiles measuring 23½ inches each. Cut two boards measuring 13-1/4 inches which will be used for rails.
Now add grooves to the stiles and rails. Take the table saw blade and move the saw centred along the test piece of the wood. Cut the grooves on the stiles and two rails.
Rub the test piece along the flip board. The cuts should be equal on both sides of the groove.
Create a tenon by cutting away the material against the saw’s sliding guide. Make sure that they fit one of the style's grooves. After this cut four tenons in total.
Check and understand what will be the inst panel size. Mark the depth of the corner of the grooves with a pencil.
Transfer the marks to the ¼-inch panel. Cut the panels accordingly on the table saw.
After stiles. Rails and inset panel fit, glue the tenons and edges of the inset panels together and install the door.
Use bar clamps to secure the door after the glue dries.
The total process takes three hours. You can hire a carpenter if you find it difficult to install the shaker cabinet door. This was all about shaker style cabinet doors.
