Gather the following: wooden bench, metallic legs, racks, nails, epoxy glue, wood glue, paint, sandpaper, and more.
Take a wooden panel and hold it horizontally.
As you do so, mark lines for each section of shoes or shelf.
I would recommend, you keep the shelves at 32” x 14” and 18” x 14”.
Once that is done, attach wooden panels or plywood cuts in a vertical fashion.
You can either drill a nail through them or glue them.
Attach a horizontal wooden panel on the other end.
This will give a closed wooden structure.
Create an 18” x 14” box as the topmost shelf.
In a similar fashion, make a bottom shelf.
Use screws, clamps, glue, dowel, nails wherever necessary.
