The other day, my son was complaining about not having a study table. We just moved to a new house, and I forgot to get one for him, and thus I planned to build a study table. I started looking up methods on how to make study table at home. I learned that the first step to building a table is to determine the size of the table. For that, measuring your available space and deciding the dimensions of the table is very necessary.
How to Build a Study Table on Your Own?
From my research, I also learned that the standard size of a table is around 48-72 inches long and 24-30 inches wide. Here’s the entire process I came across.
Gather materials such as a solid wood tabletop and readymade legs for the table.
Next, assemble all the materials together. Attach the table legs to the solid wood top and secure it with screws and brackets to ensure its stability.
After that, smooth the edges and surface of the table using sandpaper and clean it with a clean cloth.
Following that, add a burnish to the wood to get the natural wooden look.
