Hey Angela, I saw you were asking about some selling a house negotiation tactics. I can be of some help to you here as I sold my house last year and was able to sell it for a good price after implementing some strategies.

What are Some Useful Home Seller Negotiation Tips?

  1. Do your market research well. You should scan the locality and the house type you want to sell to get the best idea of the rate you can expect. This will put you in a good position to not only place a good offer price but also justify it with facts. 

  2. Be on the positive side of things when you talk about your property. For this, I recommend you make a list of all the positives and any highlight features that help your property stand out. With claims, you have to back them up by showing the proper condition of your house. So, talk about all the reasons why you feel the property deserves this selling price.
