In addition to approving property tax reform, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (Amdavad Municipal Corporation) has created an online payment system. You can make AMC tax bill payment from the official website of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation or directly via the NoBroker app. I have shared the detailed procedure below.

• Get the NoBroker app for your smartphone and install it.

• Launch the NoBroker app.

• Enter your valid mobile number and the OTP to log into your account.

• Navigate to the three dashes and choose NoBroker Pay.

• Select the Bill Payments option.

• Click on Municipal Taxes.

• Choose your state as Gujarat and Municipality as Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

• Provide your Tenement No.

• Click on the Get Bill button.

• Finally, make the payment for your property tax and save the bill for future reference.

I will share with you the entire process to make AMC property tax bill payment online. I have followed the same steps to pay property tax for my 3BHK. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is responsible for urban planning, record keeping, and tax collection amongst others.

• You will need to register yourself on the main website. 

• During registration, you will get OTP on your mobile. 

• You will need to click on the link which says “Online Service (Without Login) -Tax department – Pay Property Tax.”

• You will simply need to enter your tenement information

• Press the “Search” button

• You will see the owner’s name, address, occupier (if any), and the outstanding balance.

• Click on the “Pay” option

• Enter your phone number or any other details. 

• Afterwards, select “Confirm.”

• The payment gateway will open, and you can pay property tax with your credit card, UPI, debit card etc. 

• Once the payment details have been inserted, click on the “Confirm” button.
