The second step is to click on the, ”Secure Login” option
Insert your User ID and password. The password is same as the mobile number that you have added while taking the broadband connection.
Now an OTP will be send to your mobile number
You need to add the OTP
A page displaying the “Make payment” option will be there
Click on the “Make payment” option
Your plan’s expiry date, along with various value packs will be displayed
Choose the pack that you want to opt for and then various modes like, credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc. will be displayed for you to make your payment.
Choose your preferred mode and select “proceed to pay”
After which you will receive an SMS on your mobile about your BBNL pay bill, and you are done
