My parents stay in Kolkata, and I pay their electricity bill. I carry out the CESC bill online payment via the NoBroker bill payment service. I can share the steps that I followed for the same.

How to Make CESC Electric Bill Online Payment Via NoBroker?

• To pay the CESC electric bill I downloaded the

  NoBroker App

• I then select the electricity option

• Followed by selecting the state that is “West Bengal”

• After this, out of the 2 options that are provided; CESC Limited and West Bengal Electricity, I choose the CESC option

• Now I am required to enter the customer ID (not the consumer number)

• Then, I click on the “Get Bill” option 

• Once I get the bill, I am provided with payment options like UPI, net banking, debit card, credit card, and so on for the CESC bill E payment.

How to pay Electric Bill online CESC?

To pay the CESC bill online, just 

• Visit their official website or click on

• Under the option “Customer Zone” click on “Quick Bill Pay”

• Then click on “Monthly Bill”

• Provide your Customer ID

• Click on “I am not a Robot” and then on “Proceed”

• You will be shown the bill so pay it online after selecting the payment mode

You can also pay CESC bill using apps like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay just by providing the customer ID only.
