He informed me of two methods, and now I can share the procedure with you.

How can I Pay My Kerala Water Bill Online?

Here are two easy methods he informed me to pay the Kerala water bill payment online.

GPay

1. Open a GPay on your mobile phone.

2. Click Pay Bills.

3. Select Kerala Water Authority.

4. Enter the Customer ID and Name.

5. Click continue.

6. Make a payment. 

This is one method of paying the water bill online.

Kerala Water Authority 

Here is another process he shared with me. 

1. Go to the

   Kerala Water Authority Quick Pay

   official link.

2. Enter the Consumer ID, Consumer Number, Register Mobile Number.

3. Click Proceed

4. Select the payment method

5. Pay the bill and get the receipt.

I tried GPay to pay my bill. The amount got debited from my bank account, but the transaction details were not generated. However, after 48 hours I got a refund. Later, I use the official portal to pay the bill.
