Now the Delhi government has made it more convenient to pay property tax online in the convenience of your home. Recently the Delhi Government has launched a mobile app to pay property tax.

Delhi is divided into four divisions North Delhi, South, East Delhi, West Delhi and for property tax payment you need to first check the division where your property is located. Each division has the same process for property tax payment but has a different portal. Here explaining the process of North Delhi Municipal Corporation for your reference.

• Visit  North Delhi Municipal Corporation official website (

• Once you reach the home page click on the online service.

• For paying your property tax through mobile application click on mobile app option.

• Select your division.

• Once you select the division you need to fill your mobile number. 

• Then you will be required to fill the OTP you will receive on your mobile number.

• After login to your account you will see the property tax payment icon below the screen.

• Now you see the property details

• UPIC number, owner, property type, address

• Now verify the tax calculation sheet.

• After selecting Financial Year to Pay Tax and Submit, Tax Calculation Sheet  click on the pay tax option.

• Then a notification will popup on the screen asking any modification made on the property during the selected year. If yes then you need to reenter the details and then verify the tax you need to pay. If no changes are made then you can simply skip the option.

• Click on the proceed to pay.

• After making the payment download the tax payment receipt.
