• Enter your property ID

• View your bill amount

• Choose payment option and make the payment next

What is the NDMC Tax Payment Process?

You can also pay your property tax on NoBroker. Here is how you can do it:

• Open the

  NoBroker Bill Payment portal

  on your mobile.

• Select the option property tax.

• Enter your property ID.

• View the bill.

• Choose the payment option.

• Get the receipt and Download it.

You can also pay your property tax offline. Just visit any of the ITZ cash counters in Delhi with your property documents and make the payment there.

• Click on ‘Citizen Login’ under the ‘Property Tax’ button

• Now, fill in your mobile no. and tap on ‘Generate OTP’.

• Fill in the OTP and tap on ‘Login’.

You are required to register yourself on the platform before making the property tax payment online.

If you want to make the NDMC property tax offline payment, then you can just visit any of the ITZ cash counters in North Delhi. You can make the payment via cash, cheque, debit card, and credit card.

• Next, tap on ‘New User Click Here For Registration/Sign Up’.

• Fill in some personal details.

• Tap on ‘Get OTP’.

• Fill in the OTP and tap on ‘Verify’.

• Tap on ‘Submit’
