Go the official website of the BBMP
BBMP Property Tax Portal
Fill in the SAS Application No. or Property Identification No. and tap on ‘fetch’. After this, you will see the details of the property owner.
Now, tap on ‘proceed’ if the details are correct. You will be redirected to fill Form IV.
If you don’t have to make any changes to the property, such as built up area, occupancy, or property usage, tap on the box on the screen and click on ‘proceed’. After that, you will be redirected to fill Form 5.
Check whether the information that has been pre-filled is correct. After that, you can pay the property tax in full or in instalments either online or through a challan.
If you want to pay the tax online, you’ll be redirected to the payment page where you will have to choose your preferred payment mode and make the payment. The system will generate a receipt no. which you can view, print or download after 24 hours.
Alternatively, if you want to pay the property tax offline, just take the applicable forms to either the Assistant Revenue Officer office or Bangalore 1 centre and pay either by Demand Draft or card.
