• Fill in your PID No. or Base SAS application No.

• On the new page, your property details will be shown. Here, you can also make required changes, such as built-up area, occupancy, or property usage. Make sure all the info is correct.

• Now, you will have to make the tax payment which can be done either in full or installments either online or through a challan.

• If you choose the online payment option, you can make the payment through your preferred payment mode (net banking or credit/debit card). A receipt number will be generated that can be downloaded, printed, or viewed after 24 hours

• If you are making the payment by DD/Cheque/Cash, you will be required to generate a challan and pay in the bank within 10 days.
