You have to choose the mode of payment at your convenience.
Fill in your PAN number.

Now, verify the information you have entered and hit on 'submit to the bank'.
Login to your net your net banking amount to pay the tax.
Enter the amount that is to be paid as tax and make the payment.
You will be able to generate the challan after making the payment. You will receive information including BSR code, Challan number, Challan Date and Challan amount.
