What things to keep in mind before purchasing a plot?

  • The site, which borders a river to the south and hills to the north, is thought to be unlucky.

  • Roads that pass through a site in all directions are regarded as being suitable for commercial use.

  • Make sure there isn't a sewage or waste disposal site close to the property for both commercial and residential uses.

  • Ensure the plot is level if you are purchasing it for residential use. If the plot contains slopes, those with slopes in the North-East or South-West direction are more likely to give favourable results. Health risks for the family may result from a slope that is in the west direction.
