To access the portal for the first time, you must first register by entering your name, email address, mobile number, and password.
Enter the information, including the total number of parties, the date the sale deed was executed, and other details.
Complete the buyers', sellers', and witnesses' information. An advocate or the executant may draft the sale deed.
Choose the ID evidence that the parties and witnesses will offer.
Enter the property's information, including the revenue district, registration district, nearest SRO office, residential or commercial land, and if it is agricultural or non-agricultural.
Complete the remaining required fields to determine the stamp duty.
In the following step, upload the supporting files. This comprises the proof of address, the sale deed, and the no-objection certificate (NOC).
Enter the necessary information, such as the bank challan number, banker's cheque number, challan date, etc., and choose the payment details for consideration.
Make an appointment to register the selling deed and bring the necessary paperwork to the SRO office on the designated date.
