Privacy door knobs: these are used in bedrooms and bathrooms

How to remove a door handle with hidden screws?
Once you know the type of door knob or handle you want to remove.
Start by looking for any hidden screws in the top, base, and sides of the handle
You might come across a small pinhole or slot. This indicates the door knob has a hidden lever or detent.
With a head screwdriver, begin to unscrew the standard hex-head screws counterclockwise to remove the kob.
If the door has a pinhole opening, take a flathead screwdriver and push it in the opening.
This will loosen the latch.
Tug on the doorknob with all your strength
It will pop out or move from its position. The base is known as the rose
In case the rose doesn't disengage, use a pin to remove screws in the escutcheon plate.
