Hi buddy. Last year, I had to cope with the growth of black mold in my kitchen, which was really annoying. I thus looked up how to remove mold from sink fast. I came across several methods such as using vinegar, baking soda, bleach, and so on. I am sharing the detailed process below for your reference.

How to Remove Mold from Kitchen Sink Caulk?

It's critical to take quick action to stop its growth and any health hazards. For my sink, I found the following secure and efficient mold removal methods.

Bleach

Blend one part bleach and ten parts water. After pouring the solution down the drain, give it fifteen minutes to settle. Then, give it a hot water rinse. To stop mold from growing back after using the bleach solution, make sure the area is completely dry.

Vinegar

Before rinsing with hot water, pour undiluted white vinegar down the drain and let it sit for a few hours.

Baking Soda

Fill the sink or drain or sink caulk with a cup of white vinegar and a quarter cup of baking soda. After ten to fifteen minutes, rinse them thoroughly with hot water.

Dehumidifiers

Since mold grows in moist conditions, you can also use a dehumidifier to remove extra moisture from the air.

I needed professional assistance because my kitchen sink caulk or drain had stubborn black mold growth. I used NoBroker's kitchen cleaning service and there hasn't been any mold growth from last year. I hope this helps you get an idea of how to get rid of black mold in sink drain.
