Online Process

  • Visit the

    EPFO member portal

and log in using your UAN and password.

  • Navigate to the “Online Services” tab and select “Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D).”

Offline Process

Fill Form 10C: This form is used for withdrawing EPS contributions. Submit the completed form along with supporting documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details) to the regional EPFO office.

Important Considerations

  • Partial Withdrawals: Under the age of 58, withdrawals are usually partial, maintaining some funds for future pension.

  • Tax Implications: Early withdrawals may attract taxes or impact long-term benefits.
