Hello, it also depends upon the sticker glue type, if it's a vinyl sticker printing adhesive then it will be harsh to remove its normal paper sticker then it will be easier using hot water to remove it.

I know there is nothing more frustrating than trying to peel off stickers, operating instructions, warranty information, price tags, or labels from a newly bought glass item. The glue just wouldn’t let go, leaving behind a patch of adhesive and shredded paper. If you don’t know how to deal with such an issue, then don’t worry. I’ll tell you how to remove sticker glue from glass.

How to Remove Sticker Gum from Glass Pencil Eraser

If you have removed the sticker’s paper part but cannot get the adhesive residue off, then all you have to do is take the help of a pencil eraser! It’ll grip and drag the adhesive away from the surface and allow you to scrape it off easily.

Hair Dryer

One of the cleanest and easiest ways to remove the sticker glue is using a hairdryer. Turn your hairdryer on, keep it near the sticker you want to remove, and hold it there for about half a minute. Repeat the process again if the sticker doesn’t peel off completely.

Peanut Butter

Peanut contains fat content that is very effective at dissolving sticker adhesive. Just spread it across the sticker you are looking to remove, then allow it to sit for about 60 minutes. After that, you’ll be able to wipe the sticker residue off easily using a damp cloth. This is my favorite tip on how to remove sticker glue from glass.

Coconut Oil and Baking Soda

Using a combination of coconut oil (or any oil) and baking soda can be used to remove stickers easily. The coconut oil helps saturate and loosen the adhesive and paper, while the baking soda helps scrub the mess away.

Make a paste by mixing baking soda and coconut oil and then smear it across the sticker. Allow it to sit for 60 minutes, then scrub with a brush or sponge.
