- Look for the Locking Tab
Check out the base of the end posts and look for the locking tab. It is generally located at the bottom of the side of the posts.
2. Depress Tab
Take a small screwdriver and depress the tab.
3. Remove End Post
To remove the end post you need to manipulate the position when you are depressing the locking tab. Try to pull away from the location of the tab, if this doesn't work continue to check all the angles and give a pull on each angle that releases the post from the bracket. Repeat the same process for the second post.
4. Remove the Brackets
Unscrew the brackets and remove them from the wall along with the drywall anchors.
