• Go to e-services.

• Select ATM card services.

• Select Request ATM/Debit card.

• Enter the OTP you got on your registered mobile number, and you will be notified about it.

Download the YONO app

• Enter your MPIN.

• Click on Service.

• Tao on ATM/Debit card option.

• Give your internet banking password.

• Click on submit.

• Tao on request/new replacement option.

• Enter details.

• Select to agree to terms and conditions.

• Get the OTP and enter it.

Your request to get a new ATM card will be successful, and you will be notified about it as well.

1. Enter your MPIN or you can fill in your User ID and password.
2. There will be an option ‘Service option’ on the main page. Click on it.
3. Tap on the ATM/Debit card.
4. Fill in your Internet Banking Password.
5. Tap on the ‘Submit’ button.
6. Tap on the ‘Request/New Replacement’ option.
7. Enter the details for your card such as' Select Account’, ‘Name of Card’, ‘Select the type of card’, ‘Select an address for dispatch.’
8. Tap on the ‘terms and conditions’ box.
9. Tap on ‘Next’ and enter your OTP from the registered mobile number.
10. Hit on the ‘Submit’ button for successful renewal/replacement of your ATM card.
