You have two options for updating your information: online KYC (eKYC) or offline, depending on the type of account you have. 

The online process entails;

  • Log in to your account, then choose Update KYC. 

  • In the appropriate fields, enter the information that needs to be updated.

  • Scan and upload the KYC documents with the updated information.

  • Send in the KYC update request. 

  • Enter the OTP that was issued to your registered email address or mobile number to validate the request. 

Within a few working days, your KYC update request will be reviewed, verified, and approved within a few working days.
