How to Give Godown on Rent?

As per my experience, let me tell you before putting your godown on the rental market, there are several tips that need to be followed to ensure a hassle-free renting process. Some of the tips are:

• You must thoroughly clean and organise your godown to make it more appealing to potential tenants.

• If possible, install proper security measures to protect the belongings stored in the godown.

• Finally, determine your godown's rental value based on the location, size, and amenities.

Once the rental rate is set, you need to follow the below process to list your godown online:

• Now, choose your city and select Commercial under Property Type section.

• Select your property advertisement type as “Rent.”

• Now, click on “Start Posting Your Ad for Free.”

• Following to that, select your property type as Godown.

• Now, mention your Godown details, location, rental details, amenities, and so on.

• Finally, attach a good image of your godown and complete the posting process.
