After that, they asked me for a few more details such as property paper, etc.
The bank verified all the details and entered into a lease agreement. The agreement was outlined with the terms and conditions of the lease. Along with that it also included rent, lease duration, maintenance responsibilities, etc.
And that is how I rent my space for SBI ATM. The process of renting your space for an ATM is pretty easy and is also a stable source of income.
