Hammer
Utility knife
Tile nipper
Concrete rub stone
Pointed trowel
Rubber grout float

How to replace wall tile?
Protect the rest of the washroom with a canvas drop cloth
Score grout joint around the damaged tile with a utility knife
With an old chisel and hammer loosen the tile
Pull the tile from the wall
Scrape the wall clean with a trowel
If there are any spacer lugs on the edge of the tile. Remove them

Apply thin-set to wall
Put thin-set on the back of a tile and press the tile to the wall
Mix tile grout and apply it to the edges
You can use a rubber float or fingertips to put grout on the edges.
Once, everything has dried
