Let me tell you the truth, you can never opt for a reverse transaction once it gets debited from your account. I believe there is not even a 10% chance to get it back. My friend, by mistake, paid Rs 2K to a seller, but he did not receive it. On checking, she noticed that she had entered the wrong number and that the message had gone to someone else. She rushed to her bank and asked for a transaction reversed HDFC but the bank could not do anything. She called the person, but after getting a few calls, he also blocked her.

Is HDFC reverse transaction?

A reverse transaction is only possible if you have entered the wrong details and the account is not valid. But always register a complaint with the bank. They can easily reach out to the person and take the necessary action. It will, however, depend on the recipient whether he/she wants to refund the money or not. If the person denies it, you can do nothing about it. So be it HDFC, SBI, Axis, or some other bank, the rule remains the same for all.
