Every citizen of India can claim his or her pension at the age of 58 years if he or she has provided service for 10 years or more. The person can apply for a monthly pension by filling up the EPF Form 10D online:

The Account Officer usually is the one to take charge of this task so it is better to ask him about it. You can also visit the bank and ask them why your pension has not started yet.
