Go to the
official Axis Bank Supportlink.
Enter your registered mobile number and the captcha code.
Click Enter Details.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click Verify OTP.
Tap and select the account for which you want the NACH to be withdrawn.
Enter the required account details.
A service reference number will be displayed for your future reference. You can use it to check the status of ECS mandate cancellation.
