Hi, to submit a gas cylinder without a connection number, you need to go to your local gas distributor and explain the situation. After that, you must provide all the necessary identification documents such as Aadhaar card, ID proof, etc. Now, to surrender the connection, they might have to register a new connection in our name and then surrender the cylinder. This is probably the most likely solution that I can suggest.
