  • Choose "Generate Jeevan Pramaan" from the menu, then enter your Aadhaar and cellphone numbers.

  • Enter the received OTP.

  • Enter the PPO number, name, and PDA name.

  • Scan your iris or fingerprint and validate it with your Aadhaar information.

  • The life certificate or the Jeevan Pramaan Patra will be displayed on the screen, and the pensioner's mobile phone will receive a push notification.

  • Open the UMANG app, log in, and then head to Jeevan Pramaan.

  • Then click the “Generate Life Certificate” button

  • Add your Aadhaar number.

  • Then choose a mobile device biometric fingerprint scanner.

  • If you want to finish and leave, click “OK”. 

  • The uploaded digital certificate can be downloaded by selecting “Save as PDF.”

  • You must download the Doorstep Banking App to be able to use doorstep banking for submitting a life certificate.

  • Choose your bank, then select the doorstep service for submitting your life certificate.

  • Enter and double-check your pension account number.
