He told me to visit the website of the new bank and check all of their terms and conditions. Then he told me to apply for the loan transfer if I was satisfied with the terms.
He then asked me to fill in all the required details about the existing loan, lender, and property. Then he told me that I would receive a loan offer from the bank and if I choose to accept, then I need to pay the processing fee and other charges.
Step 3: Informing DHFL
He told me to contact DHFL and inform them about my decision to transfer the loan amount to a new bank. He also told me to obtain the necessary documents, such as consent letters, property papers, land deeds, etc., from DHFL.
After that, he told me to foreclose the loan account and to sign a new loan agreement with the new bank.
