The steps are similar for all banks. I am going to answer how to transfer money through atm card online citing SBI ATM for example
Insert your ATM card
Select the option Transfer on the ATM machine
Provide your Debit Card PIN
Select IMT option and then initiate the process
Enter beneficiary 10 digit mobile number
Provide your mobile number then
Enter sender code- 4 digits that is to be shared with the beneficiary only
Provide the sender code
Enter the amount- maximum amount of Rs 10000
Select yes or no on the screen
Select the type pf account and it gets done
