To  transfer the share certificate of CHS Ltd after death of a joint holder, the joint holder will have to ask a  member of the society to nominate the person or persons to whom the whole or part of the shares and /or interest of the members in the capital/property of the society shall be transferred. The transfer will take place after the transfer form has been filled, submitted and verified.
