When I transported my two-wheeler via train, I brought a Xerox copy of the vehicle’s registration certificate and a Government ID proof to the Parcel office.

• Before booking, I ensured the two-wheeler was properly packed.

• It was important to make sure the petrol tank in my two-wheeler was empty before packing.

• I wrote the names of the originating and destination stations clearly on a piece of cardboard and securely tied it to the two-wheeler.

• Finally, filled out the forwarding note with details such as originating station, destination station, postal address, registration number, weight of vehicle, and value of vehicle.

Although my vehicle was ultimately delivered, I would still recommend opting for a reliable mover to avoid the issues I encountered, 

• The process involved significant hassle, as I had to ensure the vehicle was properly packed and oversee both the loading and unloading.

• Additionally, the train was delayed, which in turn delayed my delivery time. 

• There were also no regular shipment updates during transit. 

For these reasons, I believe that choosing professional packers and movers is a far more convenient option.

• To accept delivery, he had to present the original ticket along with the luggage endorsement. It is necessary to surrender the luggage ticket while receiving delivery.
