I was unaware of the PAN card mobile number update online process a few years ago, so I did it offline. The online process seems more convenient. How to Change Mobile Number in PAN Card Offline?

For the offline PAN card mobile number change, you will need to:

• Visit the

  NSDL e-Gov official (protean) Website 

• Click on the Option Downloads

• Click on the option  ‘Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data Form’

• Download the

  PAN Card Correction Form

• Fill in all the details using a black pen

• Attaching the supporting documents as requested in the form under the

  Supporting document required for changes in PAN data

  section

• Visit your nearest PAN card centres and pay the application fee

• Submit the form along with the documents to the official and it's done

1. Visit the

2. Register or log into the website.

3. Next, choose the ‘Change PAN card Mobile Number’ option.

4. Click continue once you select the ‘Individual’ user type

5. Select the New Registration option and the Change PAN Mobile Number.

6. Enter your PAN number, last name, and DOB and select the Resident option to continue.

7. Enter the primary mobile number on the next screen.

8. Now, you will have the option to add another number and mail address.

9.  Enter the OTP received on your mobile and the mail address.

10. Your number will be updated on the PAN card.
