1. Chip off the top layer at least 10-15mm. Sweep the dust and water the portion.

2. Prepare cement slurry with Dr Fixit.

3. You have to make the concrete by mixing cement: sand: 10mm aggregate in a 1:1.5:3 ratio. Keep on adding latex for 100 ml per cement bag when you mix with water. Level the portion down by pouring the concrete with a wooden batten.

4. Allow the retain as ponding for at least 10 days.
