A few months back, I realised that the large, blank staircase wall felt overwhelming and needed something to make it stand out. How to Wallpaper a High Staircase?
I started by filling any cracks and thoroughly cleaned the wall.
Then I took measurements and cut the wallpaper to fit the width and height of the wall.
Ensured the wallpaper was uniformly covered on the back by applying wallpaper paste with a brush. I used a ladder to comfortably reach lofty spots.
After that, I began at the top and carefully matched the wallpaper up with the wall. Used a smoothing brush to make sure the paper adhered correctly and to get rid of any air bubbles.
Trimmed off the extra wallpaper that was hanging over the sides, and let it dry fully.
