As per the Development Authority Act, doctors, lawyers and architects can practice in the ground floor area. But the permitted area is only 30 percent of the Floor Area Ratio. Now, you also need to talk to the Cooperative Housing Society and understand what rules they have come up with for opening a chamber. I hope you find this helpful.
