Hi,

My research indicates that the transfer fee will be equivalent to the property's maximum stamp duty, or Rs. 1 lakh, whichever is higher. The transfer fee cap for industrial and commercial tenements will be Rs. 2 Lakh and Rs. 3 Lakh, respectively.
