I would say Kharghar is a better option both for investment as well as residing. In Sector 35, Kharghar you will find better and quality options for residential properties. The infrastructure is better when compared to Roadpali.
Now speaking about the property trend, Kharghar’s Sector 35 has shown a better growth since 2017. From 2017 to 2020 growth of prices in Kharghar is approximately 22% (20-25 range) while that in Roadpali is 16% (13-17 range).
So from the perspective of investment as well as residing, Kharghar’s Sector 35 would be a better choice.

I am looking for purchasing ready to move 2bhk apartment with all amenities in Navi Mumbai area and I have filtered two location s according to my budget that is roadpali and Kharghar sector 35. Which is a better option if I am looking for residing as well as investing?
