Yes, you can get home loan and buy property as a joint owner if you have won lottery from MHADA. Banks prefer to give home loans to those who apply for a joint loan. So, I dont see why you wont get a loan. But make sure that your son is not a minor and above the age of 18 years. And I believe you can add your son’s name to MHADA property.
