Combining meters is absolutely possible but this sort of task can only be done by the state’s electricity board so you have to ask them out about it. You cannot simply hire some expert electrician and get it done without the consent of your respective electricity board.
There are a lot of things that are to be looked after for the completion of task and security of the people living in the house hence it is better to visit the electricity board office near you and ask them whether it can be done or not and do not forget to ask about the fee as well since combing 3 meters is going to be a big task and the fee is also expected to be higher in that case.
