Under the pagdi system the lease owner has the right to transfer the property to a third party on lease. If the owner wants to become the part of the deal then as per the law he/she can hold the share if the pagdi owner wishes to do so. 

Since holding rental shares between the pagdi owner and actual owner is legal in India. This implies that your deal with your owner should not affect the further rental process to any

pagdi warehouse.
