I have a commercial godown which I have given on rent since 2010 but I make registrar agreement in every 3 years. Can tenant claim my property company?

The tenant can not claim the commercial godown. No law states that a tenant can claim property after or before 12 years. Though you also have a registered agreement as well, you don’t need to worry about property claims. As ordered by the Supreme Court the tenant can not even challenge the title of the landlord during the tenancy.
