I have an Industrial Converted land in Timmasandra village, Anekal Taluk of Bangalore. But I have B Khata for the land and would need it to be converted to A Khata. Whom should I contact to get the Khatha converted from B to A ? Do I need to contact BBMP or BMRDA ? What are the documents, I need to submit, what would be the fees and duration to get it done? To convert land from B to A Khata, you should visit the nearest BBMP office and obtain an A Khata form. Fill out the form and submit it with the required documents. If the property owner pays the B Khata to A Khata conversion fee, settles any outstanding debts, including property tax and DC conversion fees, and pays the BBMP's betterment charges, they will be allowed to convert their property from B Khata to A Khata.
