Hi there,

A landlord can charge you for normal wear and tear when you vacate the house. Check if you have to pay for cleaning or normal and tear in the rental agreement. If not, then you can tell a landlord and resolve the issue. The convenient thing in this situation is to hire a cleaner who can do the task at a lower price. I hope this helps.
