Hey friend,

Let me tell you that if you have a khata to your name. You can log into your e khata account with the same number.  It is simply a transfer from physical mode to electronic mode. All property owners under Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) are eligible to be converted to E-Khata.

The process is given below :

Open the  SAKALA service in the Govt portal.The link for which is 

http://www.sakala.kar.nic.in/Onlineservices

You just need to submit the application form and attach supporting documents.

You will get a property identification number (PID). You can use the PID number to log into your account.
