Hey pal,

The BBMP or Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike issues B khata or A khata to all the properties that fall under its administrative jurisdiction. Properties that are not legal i.e. illegal properties are given  Form 11B or B Khata.

You can apply for a new khata by following the method given below.

  • You can visit the official portal of the SAKALA website. The link to that is mentioned below. 

  • SAKALA Portal link:

    http://www.sakala.kar.nic.in

  • You can further visit the online service option within the SAKALA site.

  • Register and log in with your credentials. 

  • Fill in the application for Khata.

  • You will have to submit required documents including address proof and Aadhar card.

  • You will get an application tracking id which you can use to check the status of your e-khata number.

    Once you have the number, you can easily verify and track the E-Khata number.
