As far as I know, you cannot cancel an MHADA registration and no refund will be available if you are participating in MHADA.
You should talk to your bank manager and tell him/her about the situation. The bank can tell you what necessary steps are required to resolve the issue.

I have purchased a room in MHADA row houses ,the society here is dissolved that is there is no- committee. This society is under an administrator from MHADA. After purchase I have taken mortgage loan to renovate the house. Now the administrator is refusing to sign the lien from Bank giving excuses of conducting an election to form a new society. My loan is approved but I can't get it because of this, is there any other way to get it?
