I think in a country like India, especially in Mumbai and the suburbs you don’t have to worry about the appreciation of property as there is always plenty of demand. The places you mentioned - Mira Road-Dahisar
, Panvel and New Mumbai all have very good growth prospects. They are all growing rapidly, if you look at these area 10 years ago and today, you’ll notice how much these areas have developed and boomed.
Instead of looking at growth, look at your budget and needs. Places like Panvel are a little more expensive but have less crowds and better quality of life, so take these things under consideration too.

I just wanted to know that for investment purpose, purchase of flat at western line (i.e. at Mira Road-Dahisar) is ok or at Panvel, New Mumbai is ok. I am little confused to select the location considering future developments and appreciation for invested property.
